Owner Responsibilities

We handle everything we can — here's what stays with you.

Health Records
Current negative Coggins required and updated annually. All vaccinations must be current with records provided on arrival.
Worming Program
Deworming schedule and product selection is the horse owner's responsibility to manage and provide.
Specialty Feeds
Any feeds or supplements beyond our barn grain are the owner's responsibility to source and supply.
